Madonna, the iconic performer, has been embarking on her Celebration Tour, taking her around the world. Recently, she gave her fans a glimpse into her time in Paris by sharing a series of sultry photos on Instagram. The 65-year-old displayed her incredible figure in a tight mirrored catsuit while posing in her hotel room. She styled her blonde hair in French braids and completed the look with oversized sunglasses.
In one of the photos, Madonna can be seen wearing only a bra as she gets her makeup done. She later shared a picture of herself fully glam, pouting at the camera. The singer captioned the images, "What it feels like for a girl…………Paris Dump! ♥️"
Madonna has been touring Europe as part of her Celebration World Tour, which kicked off in London last month. The tour was initially postponed due to her stay in the intensive care unit (ICU) in June. In a recent performance in Paris, Madonna revealed that she suffered lung and kidney failure during her health scare.
"I was infected with some bacteria that nobody knows about. And there is a 40% mortality rate," Madonna said. The Celebration Tour was originally supposed to begin in July with a North American leg covering over 20 cities in the United States and Canada. However, the tour had to be delayed after Madonna's health took a sudden turn for the worse, causing concern among her global fanbase.
Rumors circulated about the severity of Madonna's condition, with some claiming she experienced acute septic shock and was revived with Narcan, a drug used to treat overdoses. In her Paris performance, Madonna revealed that she was in the hospital and the ICU, unable to breathe on her own. She credited her recovery to her children, who were by her side during her ordeal.
"My manager came to me weeping next to me. I came home from the hospital two weeks later, and nobody knew when I would get better. He asked, 'Do you want to go back on the road? Do you want your tour to happen?'" Madonna recalled. Despite her initial doubts and lack of energy, Madonna eventually decided to continue with the tour, motivated by the support of her children.
Madonna's 15-year-old son, David, has been accompanying her on tour, providing moral support and even performing on stage with her. He plays the guitar during her songs "Let's Go Crazy" and "Mother And Father." Madonna thanked David's biological mother from the stage and adopted four of her six children from Malawi.
Madonna, who was married to film director Guy Ritchie from 2000 to 2008, also has a 27-year-old daughter named Lola from a previous relationship. Despite her health scare, Madonna continues to captivate audiences with her performances and looks forward to completing her Celebration Tour.
