"The Sickly CEO’s Shared Senses" Chapter 36
36. Deep Kiss
In this instant, the entire bathroom was exceptionally quiet—so quiet that only the sound of each other's breathing could be heard.
"Tara." Killian suddenly called her name softly. His scorched breath lightly brushed against her soft lips at a distance where their noses were almost touching.
Tara couldn't help but swallow. "Wh... what is it?"
Her amber eyes, clear and bright, looked at him innocently. The slightly upturned, beautiful corners of her eyes were as red as begonia petals, so lovely one couldn't look away.
Killian's gaze deepened further, and his voice became more low-pitched. "The things couples do aren't limited to just holding hands and kissing on the cheek."
"Wha... what?" Looking into his dark pupils, Tara's heart suddenly started beating very fast. In her confusion, she seemed to realize something.
But before she could think about it, Killian suddenly leaned forward, pinning her against the edge of the sink.
"There's also..."
He let out a soft laugh, looked at her deeply, and suddenly leaned down, pressing a scorching kiss upon her.
In the next second, his hot tongue domineeringly pushed past her teeth, meticulously licking every inch of her soft mouth.
Tara's eyes widened in disbelief. Her delicate fingertips, resting on the sink, tightened uncontrollably.
"Mgh..."
His kiss was lingering and domineering, as if he wanted to consume her entirely.
The corners of her eyes turned red instantly. Her strength was drained bit by bit by this long, scorching kiss, and she slumped into his arms.
If not for the hot, powerful palm at her waist supporting her, she likely would have fallen to the floor long ago.
It was an exceptionally long and passionate kiss.
Her breathing was completely erratic. Tara looked up at him with flushed cheeks and reddened eyes. Her beautiful, shimmering eyes were filled with confusion and innocence, making her look particularly endearing.
Killian's gaze was as deep as unspreadable ink. His Adam's apple rolled restlessly, and his thumb lingeringly grazed her soft, rosy lips.
"Tara," he called her name softly.
Tara blinked in confusion. "Hmm?"
He chuckled and suddenly leaned close to her ear. "How can you be so sweet, hmm?"
At this intimate distance, his low, magnetic voice was like a trembling electric current, entering through Tara's ear and spreading through her whole body.
Tara shrank back sensitively. Finally, unable to resist, she buried her face, which was as hot as a ripe fruit, into his chest.
"Heh."
His chest vibrated slightly as he let out a soft laugh. It drifted through the air and through the contact of their skin, reaching her ears.
This was a completely unexpected situation.
It felt like they had gone from a children's road to a high-speed racing track in an instant.
He was far too good at this.
It was just a simple kiss, yet it was unbelievably sultry.
Of course, it was also very comfortable and brought double the pleasure.

Before this, Tara never knew that kissing could be such an enjoyable thing.
This was good; at least it meant she had already succeeded by more than half.
She reached out and gently hugged his tight, lean waist, whispering, "Killian."
Even the coldest man is gentle at a time like this.
Killian gently stroked the back of her head and asked warmly, "What is it?"
She tilted her face up slightly, her eyes looking at him with shyness and softness, her voice very small. "More."
Killian was stunned, thinking he had heard wrong. "What?"
The flush on Tara's cheeks had already spread to her entire delicate ears. She simply stood on her tiptoes, gently reaching out to hook her arms around his long, well-defined neck, and whispered again: "More."
...
Outside the massive windows was a prosperous and magnificent city night view, with heavy traffic and flickering lights.
Inside, the girl’s fair, slender legs were spread as her soft body sat astride the young man’s lap, kissing him passionately.
This was pure bliss.
That night, Tara kissed until she was exhausted and soon fell asleep.
But she didn't sleep for long.
He started again.
Separated only by a door, he perhaps thought he was being discreet enough, so he was exceptionally indulgent.
It was just a moment of lingering desire, but she silently endured the side effects all night until dawn broke.
"Tara, why are you so listless?"
The next day, during an 8:00 AM professional class, Chloe looked at the two large dark circles under Tara's eyes and frowned. "By the way, where on earth did you go last night? You weren't at the company dorm, and Cassie said you weren't at the school dorm either. You didn't reply to my messages until today. Do you know how worried we were?"
She continued her worried nagging: "Didn't I tell you? You must tell us in advance if you're coming back late. What if something like that other day happened again and no one was there to protect you? What would you do?"
"I..."
Tara was suffering internally, but she put on a serious face. "I'm sorry, Chloe. It won't happen again. It was because I had a commercial commission that needed to be submitted this morning, so I spent all night at a studio near the school finishing it to make it easier to deliver it to the client early today. That's why I didn't go back to the dorm."
"I see..."
Chloe's expression finally softened. "Alright then, but next time you’re back late, make sure to message us in advance."
She patted Tara's shoulder sympathetically. "It’s been hard on you. Luckily there’s only one class today. You can go back to the dorm and catch up on some sleep afterward."
Tara nodded. "Mhm."
Having bluffed her way through, she felt a slight sigh of relief in her heart.

However, before she could fully relax, Cassidy, who was sitting to her left, suddenly spoke, looking at her lips suspiciously. "Tara, did you eat too many chili peppers for breakfast? Why are your lips so red and swollen?"
Tara: "..."
"Ah, y-yes..."
She laughed awkwardly.
Cassidy continued to stare at her lips, even reaching out to poke them gently, laughing. "I have to say, this color is actually quite nice. It looks even better than wearing lipstick."
Tara: "..."
Help me.
Chloe and Cassidy were being caring or teasing, but only Dorothy remained silent.
Her gaze passed over Chloe and rested unblinkingly on Tara's rosy, full lips. There was no trace of a smile as she sat there, lost in thought.
Two hours later, the class finally ended.
Tara declined Chloe and Cassidy's invitation to go shopping, as she needed to catch the shuttle back to the dorm to sleep.
"Tara, wait for me. I'll go back with you."
Just as she was about to board the shuttle, Dorothy rushed up.
Tara was confused. "Dorothy, aren't you going to buy chicken cutlet rice?"
"I'm not eating. I have something to do back at the dorm."
Dorothy pushed her into the inner seat and sat down. "Driver, to South Courtyard 7!"
Tara was actually very curious about what could make a big foodie like Dorothy temporarily set aside something as important as eating.
But everyone has their privacy, and she didn't ask further.
Back at the dorm, Tara immediately grabbed her bath towel and cap and ran into the bathroom.
She had been covered in sweat last night; she couldn't sleep without washing first.
"Oh, you're so annoying! I just look like this. I'd be a little pig if I were lying to you, okay?"
A moment later, just as Tara came out of the bathroom, she heard Dorothy say those words.
That intentionally softened voice and the slightly heavy, sweet nasal tone made Tara get goosebumps.
Normally, Dorothy didn't speak like this at all; her voice was a bit deeper than the average girl's.
In the current situation, it was almost like she was possessed.
She was so engrossed in her conversation that she didn't seem to notice Tara had come out of the bathroom.
"Really, baby? You really look like that? So beautiful and cute, so sweet and obedient. I can't get enough. Send another photo, please, brother is begging you, just one..."
A low and slightly greasy "bubble" male voice came from a speakerphone voice message.
Dorothy gave a playful scolding: "Oh, you're so annoying! Don't push your luck. You think I'll just show you because you want to see? I won't do it without a little something in return!"
Tara was stunned.
What was going on? Was Dorothy... in an online relationship?

Owned by the Devil
Rain hammered against the stone steps of St. Mary’s Cathedral. Mia Clarke backed away instinctively. One step. Then another. Until the cold stone hit her spine and there was nowhere left to go. The convoy had arrived less than thirty seconds ago. Black SUV. Headlights flooding the churchyard. Men in dark suits moving with military precision. And in the middle of all of it— him. Damien Lancaster stepped out of the car like violence wearing a tailored coat. He was devastatingly beautiful. That was the worst part. His looks weren't safe; his charm wasn't human. He was beautiful the way a loaded gun was beautiful: cold, polished, lethal. The priest tried to shield her. Two men pulled him aside instantly. Damien never even looked at them. His eyes stayed locked on Mia the entire time. She felt a sick twist in her stomach—she realized he was furious. Not a loud fury. Not rage. Something quieter. Something infinitely worse. It was the silence of a decision already made. In that quiet, he had already decided the fate of everyone here. “Mia.” Her name left his mouth softly. Almost gently. It frightened her more than a shout ever could. She turned to run. He caught her before she cleared the last step. One hand clamped around her wrist. The other dragged her hard against his chest. No hesitation. No softness. He smelled like rain, menthol smoke, and expensive whiskey. “Mia,” he repeated near her ear, his voice low enough that only she could hear it, “did you really think you could disappear from me?” She pushed against his chest with everything she had. “Let go of me.” That finally made him smile. Slowly. Beautifully. Wrong. “You vanished for eleven days,” he said quietly. “I stopped sleeping on day three.” The church bells rang overhead. Nobody moved. His men didn't even dare to breathe. Damien lowered his head slightly, forehead nearly touching hers. And in that terrifyingly intimate moment— she understood something too late. This man was not trying to win her back. He already believed she belonged to him. Forever.Dark Humor|Mutual Pining|Plot Twist|Yandere|Instant Marriage|Possessive Love|Redemption Arc|Sweet Romance|HE73.7k words5 89 -
