"Forbidden Pulse: Don't, Uncle!" Chapter 64
Chapter 64: Just Endure and Pass Through It
With a clatter, the privacy partition was pulled down by Julian Kingston.
The back seat instantly became a sealed, enclosed space.
Willow Avery's little heart beat frantically, and she instinctively wanted to climb down from his body.
Just as she shifted a bit, the man's palm exerted force, binding and anchoring her even tighter instead.
Her entire body weight pressed completely down, and she felt his temperature and outline squarely and solidly.
"Uncle Julian!"
The rims of Willow's eyes flushed red with fright, and she looked at him hesitantly: "You are doing this..."
Julian's gaze fixed tightly on her, his voice remaining flat: "The answer."
What answer?
Willow's brain failed to wrap around it for a moment.
In the next instant, the man's lips pressed against her ear, his warm breath spreading slowly: "Weren't you asking about the rod?"
Willow: !!!
She propped her almond eyes wide open as if she had suffered a shock.
Was this her own uncle?
Had he been possessed? How could he speak such direct words!
No, the key point was...
Beneath her body, there seemed to be something, quite hard.
"You, you..." She instantly felt like she was sitting on a bed of needles, scrambling toward the side using both her hands and feet, "This is inside the car!"
They couldn't do that kind of thing!
Julian looked at the young girl.
She was embarrassed to no end, and even her tender white, slender neck was surfacing with a rosy pink.
Exceptionally cute.
Releasing his palm, he allowed her to sit to the side.
Willow covered her eyes, not daring to look much.
Deeply fearing he would suddenly have a massive burst of primal instinct.
But she also thought about the fact that they were almost at the hospital. In case things down there didn't go away for him...
Wouldn't it be very embarrassing if it were seen by others?
Biting her lower lip, she reminded in a small voice: "Um, remember to use your clothes to block it in a bit..."
"What?"
Julian asked back.
Willow opened her mouth.
Regarding that matter in bed, she had only experienced it once in total.
Every time she suspected Julian previously, the man had been perfectly proper and serious.
This could count as her first time catching him red-handed on the spot.
She truly didn't know how to open her mouth.
In the end, Julian spoke first: "What is there to block about a belt?"
Willow was muddled for a moment.
What leather?
What belt?
She pulled open a slit between her fingers, looking toward him in utter astonishment.
The suit pants enwrapped his slender, robust legs, and at the position of his waist, there was strikingly a leather belt.
A metal buckle head.
Willow: "I thought..."
"Mm?" Julian lightly pinched the pad of his finger, looking at her.

After flushing with cold showers for an entire night, when she asked him about the rod, he hadn't managed to restrain himself and had pulled her over into his embrace.
Fearing she would reject him again, he could only use the belt to smooth over the accident from last night.
"It was me overthinking." Willow's line of sight shifted toward the outside of the window in a panic.
Resting her hands upon her lap, she gripped her pants tightly in embarrassment.
Then last night...
Could it have been her hallucination too?
She had already reached this kind of state now?
Not rejecting his approach.
Even seeing him always made her associate things toward that kind of matter.
Crucially, Julian was her uncle.
Could she have some kind of illness?
The best doctor was right beside her. Willow hesitated for a moment, extending her wrist toward the man.
"Uncle Julian, I seem to be a bit abnormal recently. Can you check my pulse for me?"
Julian's eyes grew tense for a fraction of a second.
Regarding her body, he was naturally concerned.
The pad of his finger pressed against her pulse.
One minute later.
He knit his brow slightly.
Seeing his appearance, Willow couldn't help but grow tense: "Have I contracted a very severe illness?"
Julian: "Speak straight?"
Willow's heart sank to the bottom of the valley in an instant.
She had scrolled through short videos before.
Generally, when an old practitioner of traditional Chinese medicine frowned, it meant a major, critical disease.
She was quite terrified.
After thinking it over carefully again, she made a decision.
No matter what, she had to face reality.
"Mm, speak straight."
Julian opened his mouth: "Ovulation period, estrogen levels are elevated, desiring intimate contact."
When his words fell, Willow felt as if her sky had collapsed.
Translated over, didn't this sentence mean...
She was longing for a man...
Too humiliating!
Why on earth did she have to seek trouble and have Julian check whatever pulse for her???
She even had him speak straight.
Great now, she couldn't even lift her head.
Julian gathered the young girl's embarrassment entirely into his sight.
Suggesting: "Shall I dispense some medicine for you to regulate it a bit?"
Willow propped her almond eyes round.
"I—I don't need it."
Julian responded: "A week, just endure and pass through it."
Willow: "..."
Who would come to save her?
It just so happened that the car pulled to a stop.
Julian's hospital had arrived.
Willow quickly dismounted from the car, pulled open the door on Julian's side, grabbed his arm, and dragged him out.
And then she quickly ducked back into the car herself.
Completing it all in one smooth motion, without dragging her feet in the slightest.
Julian stood by the roadside, watching the car merge into the flow of traffic, a curve lifting his thin lips.
His young girl was cute to a lethal degree.

...
It wasn't until she reached the school that Willow managed to calm down with great difficulty.
The moment she stepped inside, Luna Hayes appeared right within her line of sight.
"Willow Avery."
"Luna Hayes?"
Not seeing each other for a stretch of time, Luna was a bit more emaciated than before, and her eyes no longer possessed their former confidence and liveliness.
Willow took a step back in vigilance: "You have a matter with me?"
"Of course," Luna walked slowly to stand in front of her, "You slept with Julian Kingston?"
Hearing this, Willow instinctively clutched the straps of the backpack on her body tighter.
She worked with all her might to maintain her composure: "What kind of ghost stories are you speaking? He is my uncle."
"Is that so?"
Luna opened her phone, playing an audio recording.
"Doctor Kingston left with his girlfriend?" "The girlfriend's name? It's called Willow Avery." "Oh my, the two of them are being so lovey-dovey. Watching them makes a single dog of thirty years like me want to be in a relationship too."
Willow could distinguish the voice.
It was Julian's colleague from the club yesterday.
Luna stowed her phone away, looking at her in a sinister manner: "Tell me, if I make this audio recording public to the crowd, how will everyone view you? How will Old Mr. Kingston view you?"
"To be honest with you, I asked Old Mr. Kingston previously," she said mockingly, "whether he had ever thought of having you be his daughter-in-law."
Willow's heart tightened.
In the next instant, Luna's voice tunneled into her ear.
"He said anyone works, but you, Willow Avery, alone will not do."
Willow's face carried a bit of apprehension, but she adjusted her emotions very quickly: "You've misunderstood, there is nothing between me and my uncle. Last night he merely used me as a shield, fearing someone would introduce a girlfriend to him."
"A shield would engage in a public kiss?"
Luna bit her teeth in resentment.
She originally could have won over Julian Kingston.
If it hadn't been because Willow used the advantage of being close to entice him in private.
How could he have refused her?
What made her even angrier was that the people in the private room had clearly snapped photographs, yet were unwilling to sell them to her.
Even when she offered a high price of ten thousand yuan.
"I know you are very afraid," she stared at Willow's soft face, wishing nothing more than to step forward and tear her to shreds, "I can give you a choice. As long as you have Old Mr. Kingston stop targeting the Hayes family, I will help you conceal everything."
Looking at Luna, Willow suddenly let out a light laugh: "I am not a fool."
The initiative lay in Luna's hands; whether she went back on her word or not was entirely a matter of a single sentence from her.
She wouldn't be so stupid as to degenerate into Luna's tool.
"Do whatever you want to do, I don't care."
After speaking, she bypassed Luna directly and walked forward.
She was actually a bit anxious.
But she knew her limits.
Regarding the matters of the Kingston family, it was impossible for her to interfere.
Moreover, she always felt Luna was bluffing; otherwise she would have shown her the photograph of them kissing long ago.
There would be no necessity to use an audio recording to coerce her here.
Behind her.
Luna looked at Willow's receding figure, her fingernails digging into her palm.
Since Willow's side was difficult to start with.
Then she could only look for Julian Kingston.
Conveniently, she also preferred the second method even more.

CompletedChapter 66
Owned by the Devil
Rain hammered against the stone steps of St. Mary’s Cathedral. Mia Clarke backed away instinctively. One step. Then another. Until the cold stone hit her spine and there was nowhere left to go. The convoy had arrived less than thirty seconds ago. Black SUV. Headlights flooding the churchyard. Men in dark suits moving with military precision. And in the middle of all of it— him. Damien Lancaster stepped out of the car like violence wearing a tailored coat. He was devastatingly beautiful. That was the worst part. His looks weren't safe; his charm wasn't human. He was beautiful the way a loaded gun was beautiful: cold, polished, lethal. The priest tried to shield her. Two men pulled him aside instantly. Damien never even looked at them. His eyes stayed locked on Mia the entire time. She felt a sick twist in her stomach—she realized he was furious. Not a loud fury. Not rage. Something quieter. Something infinitely worse. It was the silence of a decision already made. In that quiet, he had already decided the fate of everyone here. “Mia.” Her name left his mouth softly. Almost gently. It frightened her more than a shout ever could. She turned to run. He caught her before she cleared the last step. One hand clamped around her wrist. The other dragged her hard against his chest. No hesitation. No softness. He smelled like rain, menthol smoke, and expensive whiskey. “Mia,” he repeated near her ear, his voice low enough that only she could hear it, “did you really think you could disappear from me?” She pushed against his chest with everything she had. “Let go of me.” That finally made him smile. Slowly. Beautifully. Wrong. “You vanished for eleven days,” he said quietly. “I stopped sleeping on day three.” The church bells rang overhead. Nobody moved. His men didn't even dare to breathe. Damien lowered his head slightly, forehead nearly touching hers. And in that terrifyingly intimate moment— she understood something too late. This man was not trying to win her back. He already believed she belonged to him. Forever.Dark Humor|Mutual Pining|Plot Twist|Yandere|Instant Marriage|Possessive Love|Redemption Arc|Sweet Romance|HE73.7k words5 45
